RE: Clinton Spring Fair 2013
Dear Exhibitor:
We invite you to participate at the Clinton Spring Fair. We are celebrating 159 years. Our theme is “Family Fair, Family Fun”. The date is May 30th-June 2nd 2013. We have done a few changes to our fair. We are in a new arena/complex.
Thursday evening, we have Opening Ceremony, Ambassador Competition, and midway. Friday we have the judging of our Junior Homecraft and Homecraft. Friday evening, we have our night of entertainment at the complex, demolition derby, and midway. Saturday, we have the livestock shows, baby show parade, midway and talent show. Sunday we have the midway.

- Booths are 10’ frontage and 10’ deep.
- Booth cost-$30.00. for one booth
- Two booths are available
- Electrical outlets will be available. Please bring extension cords, and Your own tables-(we do not provide tables). Chairs are available.
Set up: Friday, May 31, 2013 1:00p.m.-4:00p.m. open at 4:00p.m.-10:30p.m.
Saturday, June 1, 2013 9:00a.m.-6:30p.m.
EXHIBITS MUST BE SET UP BY 4:00p.m. May 31, 2013
Take down: NOT BEFORE 6:30 p.m. Saturday
Security-Friday evening 10:30p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
